These Terms apply to all users accessing malbet from any jurisdiction, including but not limited to users located in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using malbet's services is lawful in your jurisdiction. malbet makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in any particular location. Access to the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the user's own risk and is not condoned by malbet.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register a malbet account or use any malbet service. malbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued prior to successful age verification may be withheld or voided.
Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active malbet account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. malbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals upon detection of duplicate registration.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your malbet account, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. malbet is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the user.
malbet services are intended for users who can lawfully access online gambling platforms under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of malbet is lawful under the laws of your country, state, or province of residence. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited must not register or use malbet services.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your malbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. malbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.

Any activity on your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.
malbet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. malbet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 200 per transaction. The maximum single transaction via JazzCash or Easypaisa is subject to the limits imposed by the respective wallet provider, currently up to Rs 25,000 per transaction. Bank transfer minimum deposits are Rs 1,000. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be applied at the platform level or set voluntarily by the user via the responsible gaming tools in the account dashboard.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. malbet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits from accounts not registered in your name may be returned to the source and the malbet account may be suspended pending investigation. You are responsible for ensuring your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account details are accurate before submitting any deposit request.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. malbet may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. malbet reserves the right to apply additional processing time in cases where enhanced due diligence is required. Withdrawal methods must correspond to the deposit methods used on the account where technically feasible.
malbet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other policy violations are suspected, pending completion of an internal investigation. Users will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal.
All bets placed on malbet are subject to the specific game or sport rules published within the relevant section of the platform, as well as these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product.
malbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. No bet is accepted until confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is assigned. Bets placed at erroneous odds or prices due to a technical error shall be voided and stakes returned. malbet is not liable for the failure to place a bet due to technical difficulties experienced by the user's device or internet connection.
malbet takes match and game integrity seriously. Any account found to have placed bets in connection with insider knowledge, match fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event or casino game outcome may have all bets voided, account balances confiscated, and the matter reported to relevant authorities. malbet reserves the right to withhold settlement of any bet under investigation for integrity concerns pending conclusion of such investigation.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any betting or gaming session, all affected bets or game rounds may be voided and stakes returned at malbet's discretion. malbet's system records constitute the final and conclusive evidence of the result of any bet or game round. No manual result adjustments will be made outside of malbet's standard dispute resolution process.
Bonuses and promotional offers made available by malbet are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum bet limits during bonus play. These offer-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the applicable offer terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once, exploiting promotional structures through multiple accounts or coordinated play, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus, any winnings derived from it, and potential suspension of the account.
malbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are not transferable and hold no cash value outside of the terms under which they were credited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, malbet, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if malbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
malbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your malbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis for the claim, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
malbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your technology to access the platform and for using appropriate security software.
malbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity verification failure, or regulatory compliance requirements. Upon termination, any remaining balance of funds not subject to investigation or confiscation will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules and proceeds credited to your account before final closure processing.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to malbet's operating entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through malbet's standard customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, except where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
For disputes relating to specific bet settlements, you must submit a formal dispute to malbet support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. malbet's records and logs constitute prima facie evidence of the relevant facts in any dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted.
malbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, malbet will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details on file, such as by email or platform notification, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the malbet platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
